The recruitment plan file is maintained by the Circuit Manager, or their designee. The file should be updated annually each calendar year and is retained indefinitely. The Recruitment Plan File should contain the following information:

1. Current year’s Recruitment Plan (See Subsection 1.3 for template)
2. Prior Year’s Demographics:
   1. Number of total Inquiries, tracked locally
   2. Population Demographics, provided by the PDS for Foster Care Licensing
3. Planning meeting minutes, if available
