CCI has the authority to review and obtain copies of any documentation found at the operation. This documentation includes, but is not limited to the following:

• A child’s record, including the service plan.
• An employee’s record.
• A foster home’s record, including the home study.
• Training curriculum.
• Operational policy.
• Incident reports.
