If a child or youth is placed under the T3C System, see Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) System and Placement Resource Guide.

If the child or youth needs services at the moderate level or higher, the DFPS caseworker or Single Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC) equivalent must complete a referral packet for the third-party contractor responsible for authorizing service levels.
