The caseworker updates the Education section on the Person Detail in the child’s:

• substitute care (SUB) stage; and

• adoption (ADO) stage, if there is one.

The caseworker must update the information when a child:

• enters CPS conservatorship;

• is enrolled into a school;

• is discharged from a school; and,

• begins and ends each school year.
