The following actions must be approved by a person who meets the requirements for a child placing management staff member, as defined in Minimum Standards for Child-Placing Agencies, TAC §749.675External Link:

• child placements;

• home studies; and

• initial child’s service plans (which also serve as the intake study and initial assessment report). See §749.1131External Link.
