If the adoptive placement is canceled or disrupted, the adoption caseworker makes reasonable efforts to have the adoptive parents return the following to CPS:

• Their copy of the health, social, education, and genetic history (HSEGH) report.
• All other written information that CPS has released to them about the child’s history.
