Residential Child-Care Licensing (RCCL) investigates all allegations of abuse and neglect of a child in DFPS conservatorship who is placed in a verified foster or approved adoptive home.

Upon notification from RCCL of an abuse or neglect investigation in a foster or adoptive home, the FAD worker must complete Form 3005Word Document Serious Incident Report, and submit it to RCCL.
