Clients are eligible for this service when children are:

  •  in the home;

  •  placed with a relative, or;

  •  in a foster or pre-consummated adoptive home.

Note: The home where the services are to be provided must consent to the services unless a court order is obtained before the service is authorized or the caregiver is absent or incapacitated.
