The ICPC Placement and Courtesy Supervision Services available through the contract must include the following:
• Face-to-face contact with ICPC clients;
• Consultation with CPS workers, including regular staffings with the regional ICPC liaison or other appropriate person;
• Consultation with other professionals involved in the case;
• Consultation with child protective services agencies in other states necessary to adequately provide the services (such as, obtaining current court documents and plans of service, and so on);
• Written supervision reports every three months;
• Court testimony, as requested; and
• A final written report recommending legal action to complete the interstate-placement process.
