Contractors may subcontract for parent training with any of the following types of providers:

• organizations of adoptive parents;

• licensed child-placing agencies;

• universities, training institutes, and other educational agencies;

• individuals with knowledge of or experience in adoption; and

• individuals with specialized knowledge and experience in other areas relevant to parent raining for adoptive parents.
