Contract budgets for parent training may include, but are not limited to, the following allowable costs:
• rental space for meetings and training sessions, unless the space is available at no charge;
• fees and expenses for trainers;
• registration fees for training programs that the contractor does not provide directly (if approved in advance by the contractor);
• training materials for participants; and
• on-site child care to permit attendance.
Note: Participants' transportation costs are unallowable.
