The intake specialist also refers the youth to the HHS Foster Care Ombudsman’s office at (844) 286-0769 and tells the youth the following:
- Leave a voice mail if staff does not answer.
- In the voice mail, provide the following information:
- His or her first and last name.
- Contact number.
- A brief description of the complaint.
