Case Record

The caseworker must file in the case record a copy of any court order obtained.

IMPACT

The caseworker must document in IMPACT, following instructions in Form 2050Word Document IMPACT Actions for Trial Independence and Extended Court Jurisdiction:

  •   an extension of a court’s jurisdiction;

  •   review hearings;

  •   trial independence periods; and

  •   the end of a court’s jurisdiction.

If the SUB stage in IMPACT has been closed, the Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) worker must record the actions on the Contact Detail page in the open PAL stage.
