The narrative for the monthly face-to-face contact must include descriptions of:

  •  the issues discussed;

  •  the child’s needs;

  •  the quality of services provided by CPS;

  •  the need for additional services or sources of support;

  •  the case goals; and

  •  any other issues related to safety, permanency, and well-being.
