You will be kept abreast of Case Plans and given notice of case reviews for your awareness and input regarding future plans for the child. If you are unable to attend, your observations regarding the child and the supports needed to maintain and care for the child may be provided in writing. Following the initial 30-Day Case Plan, Case Reviews are conducted every six months, or as the case requires. A copy of the completed Plan will be given to you along with other parties of interest.
